Laura M. favorite Designer: Tory Burch

One of my favorite designers is Tory Burch.

She is as beautiful as her tunics...

Tory Burch is a highly sought-after designer specializing in a "Preppy-Boho" aesthetic. Her clothing line launched in 2004 and was sold out almost immediately. Wait lists are commonplace for her seasonal debuts.  Alongside her clothing line, she is a philanthropist. The Tory Burch Foundation was formed in 2008 to provide "economic opportunities to women and their families".

There are currently 26 boutiques worldwide, including 4 outlet stores -   INCLUDING CAMARILLO, CA.  I have been to her boutique in Las Vegas and their attention to detail is wonderful, every receipt is neatly folded and placed into a small envelope with the infamous Tory Burch logo. The decor is bright and vivid with dozens of mirrors. The quality is amazing.

Here are my Top 6 picks for the current Spring '13 you can shop for her awesome stuff at www.ToryBurch.com

...I am going nuts over the handbags this season, they are even more spectacular in person.  I hope you enjoy!

Joanak. Trend Report

Do you know how to wear the colorful Blazer or colorful Jean?
(in honor of National Autism awareness day today, choose to wear the color BLUE!)

This season colors and color blocking is in.
They have even taken over our denim jeans and shrunken office blazers.
The best way to be sure you don't look like a clown
is to pair one solid color with a more busy pattern.

Trying not to over do it with patterns and colors is key.
Play with the pieces in your closet to get the right balance of color and pattern going.

the below collections on the left can be found at GAP and are part of they're new arrivals.
The people on the right are my favorite picks that "WORKED IT RIGHT!" don't shy away from the trend if you are a straight man. Sometimes being on top of trends like this can help you win the ladies over. ;-)
